Text message will be sent to your mobile confirming your appointment 24 -48 hours beforehand, in which we will ask you to respond with a simple YES or NO. A non confirmed appointment will be treated as “NO SHOW” or an appointment cancelled within 24 Hours window frame of your appointment time will attract 50% deposit of your chosen treatment for your next booking. Life happens plans change, therefore kindly advise at least 24 hours prior to your booking to cancel/reschedule.
