Micro-needling
Holistic and effective treatment works by creating micro channels in the skin to trigger wound healing response. The micro-channels created during the treatment allows antioxidants through ampoule infusion to penetrate to the deepest layers of the skin to deliver powerful results.
This treatment results in scar and wrinkle reduction, depigmentation and skin firmness. Micro- needling is a collagen induction therapy that provides facial rejuvenation by prompting the body’s natural healing process to improve a variety of skin concerns including: scarring, fine lines, wrinkles, elasticity, sun spots, pigmentation, tone, texture, pore size and more.
Micro-needling involves the use of a mechanised device that features a series of tiny needles that penetrate the top layers of the skin. The treatment is not painful since the needles are very short and only cause a mild “prickling” sensation as they superficially puncture the skin’s epidermis. These controlled micro-channels will boost product absorption of key bio-available actives and nutrients to promote total cellular rejuvenation.

What is Novita Microdermabrasion?
Novita Paramedical Microdermabrasion is an advanced exfoliation technique that uses either Crystal or Diamond tips to remove dead skin cells, stimulate collagen production, and leave your skin glowing. Crystal Microdermabrasion uses fine medical-grade crystals to gently exfoliate, while Diamond Microdermabrasion uses a diamond-tipped handpiece for a more precise, crystal-free treatment.
What to Expect During Your Appointment
Consultation – Your skin therapist will assess your skin to recommend the best microdermabrasion method for you (Crystal or Diamond), based on your skin type and goals.
Treatment – The treatment is gentle and non-invasive. You’ll feel a mild sensation as the crystals or diamond tip work to exfoliate the surface of your skin. The procedure usually takes 30-45 minutes.
Results – Immediately after the treatment, your skin will feel refreshed, smooth, and radiant.
Pre-Treatment Guidelines –
Avoid sun exposure for 48 hours before your appointment.
No active skincare ingredients (such as Retinol, AHAs, or BHAs) for 3-5 days prior to treatment.
Hydrate your skin leading up to the treatment.
Important Information
Microdermabrasion may not be suitable if you have certain skin conditions (e.g., active acne, rosacea, eczema). Please discuss your skin history with your skin therapist before booking.
Depending on your skin goals, you may need a series of treatments (typically 4-6 sessions), with maintenance every 4-6 weeks.
